"I like these roles because they're not me. That's what's fun about it. If I played another version of Chloë all the time, it would be boring."

Vintage

I absolutley adore anything vintage, from dresses and tops, to room decor, to accesories. My favourite fashion period in history is during 1920-1980's. Mainly because this is when Coco Chanel was designing, but also some of the biggest stars in cinema and performing artists were from that time. People like, Merylin Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, The Beatles and so many others that have not only made a change in music and film today, but also in the fashion world.

Everybody loves the classic look of the elegant red lipstick and the short curled hairstyle. Its so gorgeous and looks unique on anybody. Also the adorable short floral dresses, knitted sweaters, blazers, large bows, lace and a bunch of other things that have orginated from that time.

So do you also loove vintage clothing? Got any pictures of nice outfits? Post what you think beloe:)

My Idols:)

I love Coco Chanel. She has brought so much to the fashion world, being the most influential woman in fashion of the 20th century and a huge inspiration to young people today.

She was one of the first women to wear trousers, cut her hair and reject corset, yet was respected and admired by women all over the country. She created a whole new look for women of the 20th century. Coco's signiture bobbed hair and bright red lipstick has made a trace in the fashion world for generations to come.

Coco was a beautiful woman and dated some of the most influencial men of her time, one of which was Duke of West Minster. When she was asked why she did not want to marry him, she answered, 'There have been several Duchesses of West Minster. There is only one Chanel.'

Coco before Chanel was made in 2009, a film telling the story of Coco's rise from a poor begining to the heights of fashion. I highly reccomend it!

So what do you think? Do you think Coco Chanel is the biggest fashion figures, and if not, who is? Post a comment below:)

Hellooo:)

So it's my first post. I doubt that anybody will read this and I have no idea what this blog will be like. I might forget about it in a week, or it could make me super famous. All I know is I'm actually quite excited about it.
